Talia Ben-Sasson Gordis

Chief of Staff

Talia Ben Sasson-Gordis is the Chief of Staff to the CEO. She began her career as a military intelligence analyst and went on to become a lawyer, clerking for (now ret.) President Miriam Naor at the Supreme Court of Israel and then working as a corporate litigator. After her family’s return to the United States, Talia worked for the New England office of the ADL, building and implementing strategies to improve training and response to hate crimes through collaboration with community, legislators, and law enforcement leadership.

Talia brings a diverse skill set and powerful commitment to improving people’s health and lives and to creating a world better than the one we inherited. When she isn’t working, Talia enjoys spending time with her family and loves to curl up with a good book.

Talia holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude from the joint Law and ‘Amirm’ Honors Humanities program.
